Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should I wear on a winter safari?

During winter, it's essential to dress in layers. Mornings and evenings can be quite chilly, so wear a warm jacket, long pants, and thermal layers. Opt for neutral colors suitable for the environment, and don't forget a hat and gloves for extra warmth!

  • What wildlife can I expect to see during a winter safari?

Winter is an excellent time for wildlife viewing as animals are more active due to the cooler weather. You can expect to see herds of elephants, lions, leopards, and various antelope species. Additionally, water sources become scarce, making it easier to spot animals as they gather around remaining waterholes.

  • What should I bring for a winter safari?

Key items to bring include warm clothing, a good camera, binoculars, and a refillable water bottle. Additionally, pack sunscreen for daytime and lip balm to protect against dry winter air. A power bank for your devices can also be helpful for capturing all the incredible moments!
